Rebinds & Ranking/Rival System Added

Added in the full ranking/rival system. You are now given a grade; Bronze Silver and Gold and have a leaderboard of other (CPU) rivals. Rather than being arcade-style this version is more of an arcade-console hybrid with a player profile
